REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Modification / Cancellation

- All orders are subject to modification or cancellation for any reason.

- However, we only accept modification or cancellation of the order WITHIN 24 HOURS from the time the order is placed.

- To initiate, please email us at tuantee9x@gmail.com. We will respond WITHIN 24 HOURS to inform you if your request is approved.

RETURN

- We accept return of an item's items only under these circumstances:

- The item is damaged upon arrival. Please email us at tuantee9x@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can verify. We will respond WITHIN 24 HOURS and provide the return address.

- The item becomes damaged within 15 days of use (from the delivered date). Please email us at tuantee9x@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will respond WITHIN 24 HOURS with approval and return address.

- After approval, please return items to the provided return address. The return shipping fee is at the customer’s expense.

- Replacements won't ship until we receive the return package’s ACTIVE tracking number. Once shipped, delivery takes 7–15 days.

REFUND

We offer refund under the following circumstances:

If tracking shows no progress for too long:

• US domestic express orders still in transit 6 business days after shipping or no update in 6 days.
• US domestic economy orders no update after 10 business days.
• International orders no update after 30 business days.

Please contact us via tuantee9x@gmail.com with your order number and we will resolve it. Refunds do not apply in force majeure events.

Damaged on Arrival

- Item damaged on arrival? Email us at tuantee9x@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We’ll respond WITHIN 24 HOURS if a refund is approved.

- We offer 100% refund if you return the item and the return package has an active tracking number. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. If you choose not to return, we offer a 50% refund.

Damaged Within 15 Days of Use

- Item damaged within 15 days of use? Email us at tuantee9x@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We’ll respond WITHIN 24 HOURS if approved.

- We offer 75% refund if you return the item with active tracking. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. If you choose not to return, we offer a 50% refund.

Other Common Issues

Tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it.

- We do not offer refunds/reships for orders marked delivered. Please contact the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL) for GPS delivery info.

Package delivered to incorrect address.

- If delivered to the wrong address, we will replace the item. Please email us at tuantee9x@gmail.com with your order number. We will respond WITHIN 24 HOURS.

Due to incorrect address, package returned to sender.

- We do not offer replacements, refunds, or credits for invalid addresses.

Package returned despite correct address.

- We will happily replace/reship or refund. Please email us at tuantee9x@gmail.com with your order number. We will respond WITHIN 24 HOURS.
